"Staff was friendly, room was clean, plenty of parking. No issues. "

"My socks were quite brown/black after walking around a bit in the room packing up for the airport the next morning. Didn't make me feel very good about the cleanliness of the whole room after that. Spend some more money and stay at a nicer hotel. Even at $150 it wasn't worth it. Ice machine was broken, no water bottles for sale in vending machine, had to ask if there was water anywhere to buy. Sub-par hotel at least in our opinion."

"This place needs help. For what you pay to stay they offer real amenities. Rooms are outdated. Cooperstown restaurant has a poor menu. The coffe pot was not working. Its acshamecvecause you pay top dollar. "

"We loved the hot tub, and the view from the hot tub! We saw deer come into the yard twice, and a bear on the road leaving the cabin."

"Overall stay was good, but check-in was a nightmare. 10pm with many to check-in, and one young guy (had to be younger than 20) was tied up on the phone with a manager who instructed him NOT to check in the line of ppl but leave everyone to go clean something in another room. Checking everyone in would have taken five minutes. He was gone at least twenty to clean everything. When his relief came he left immediately and told the other workers to finish cleaning up. It was all very unprofessional. "
