"Original room booked was beyond repair. It had not been maintained it what seemed like at least a year. There was dust everywhere and it smells like mold. We’ve been had a few roaches crawling around. They were unable to accommodate us, and we had to spend the night there they ended up bringing mattress pads to help us with a big hole in the mattress remainder of the night were great as they moved us into a semi remodeled room. It wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t great. It was mediocre. The grounds would be beautiful if they were well kept."

"This is such a perfect spot. You really couldn’t find a better location. The place itself is very spacious with a layout that allows your privacy. The girls loved the twin beds in the other bedroom and the master was huge with a higher ceiling and is very large and the property is set back near the corner of the complex so you have a lot of privacy and no one is really peering in to your windows. The complex itself is gated, but it’s right off the main drag so it’s accessible, but it’s also very private serene and there’s a bunch of wild birds that live there which are also really pretty You have a view of the golf course and are surrounded by tall trees. It’s really nice. Also the place is within like 3 to 5 walking distance from the King and Queen shops the Marriott and the Hilton we kept going by the Hilton pool area where access really isn’t restricted so it’s almost like we had all the amenities of the Hilton along with a super spacious condo instead of a dingy hotel room to stay in This was definitely the way to go. The host was super friendly and very accommodating with some of our requests. Everything in the places exceptionally well maintained in the kitchen was well equipped. We even cooked dinner one of the nights! I would absolutely stay here again. It was such a great deal for the price."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't say enough good things about this property. From the location in Waikoloa, walking distance to the beach and shops, perfect for getting an early morning coffee and walking by the water, to the actual property itself. It is very well maintained and cleaned. And offers all the amenities you will need for a perfect vacation, including beach chairs, an umbrella, and floats. We would definitely go back again."

"I have been to the Big Island numerous times and I love it. The condo was in a very good location to shopping, the beach and resort activities. Renting the condo was easy and painless. My only issue was the condo was not very clean. The carpet was stained and dirty, the walls were dirty with food splatter by the trash cans, tile grout not clean, layers of hairspray residue on the toilet seats, outdoor rugs in really bad shape, etc., etc. I have stayed in a lot of rentals and this was one of the dirtiest places I have ever been in. I understand it is a rental but more TLC and a deeper clean would work wonders."

"The property was very well provisioned and had excellent air conditioning. The air conditioning can be controlled either by temperature of humidity. If you set the humidity to an unreasonably low level (30%), it will get very cold because it will stay on all the time.The beds were good and access to the Waikoloa Resort was a big plus. Being on the 3rd floor and on the end helped it to be very quite. Much better value than a hotel room. It felt like a regular house."

"There are genuinely no complaints. Was hesitant going into it since there weren’t many reviews but they are very hospitable and provide you everything you need other than food on your stay. Toaster, electric kettle laundry etc. everything provided. It’s located right by two of arguable the best shopping centers on big island, like a 5 minute walk away. Genuinely no complaints."
