「This property is overpriced. It’s not in the best part of Homewood. The hallway going into the apartment and the apartment itself has an odd odor. My suitcase still smells like the place. The WiFi went in and out constantly making it difficult to watch television stations or movies on a streaming service. The host locked the Nest controller for the HVAC at 75degrees on cool! 「Beautiful condo close-enough to campus. Check-in process bumpy but host was responsive, helpful, and apologetic. Host left water and fresh fruit, a super nice touch. All bedrooms need something to block the morning sunlight as it woke us up daily. Master bathroom needed a bit more cleaning attention as we found hair in and around the tub, sinks, and counter. Nicely appointed condo but the lake view sits on a busy road with lots of road noise. Good for fast paced game weekend. 」

「Clean and tidy, We enjoyed our stay. Already shared feedback on a few improvements that can be made. Could be warmer, wall decor & kitchen could be better stocked with more than 2 coffee mugs, 1 pot, 1 pan (especially trying to do Thanksgiving cooking, & needs POT Holders/Oven Mits. Also could use more towels…No one wants to do LAUNDRY on a vacation. Otherwise great!!」

「Getting around back to the parking was a bit confusing at first but worked out just fine. Had a problem with the door lock on one of the rooms and had to text back and forth when a quick phone call would have been easier. overall though, the units were as described, very clean and worked well for our group of 8 guys.」

Instead of staying at the hotel with all of the wedding guests, we chose this quaint downtown cobblestone condo on Morris Avenue with a darling rooftop terrace and close to everything you could need. We couldn't have picked a better location and accommodations for our Thursday-Sunday stay. The condo was just right for the two of us and there was a fabulous pizza restaurant...
