“My wife happened to mention to another guest near the reception desk that there was only one decaf pod in here room. When she opened the door to the room in the morning, she found a bag with 4 decaf pods hanging from the door knob. That was very thoughful of the person at the reception desk to send additional pods without being asked - now that's customer service! Everything in the room was clean and in great condition.”
