「Really clean, spacious. I had a corner room so lots of light. Well decorated, plenty of charging sockets. I would stay again Only negative isnt the room, so kept as 5 But advice for others. Downstairs pub is very expensive. 2 tapas dishes and a fruit juice 28 quid. Also note no breakfast option down there in the pub.」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...
