“Staff was very professional and friendly”

“We had an amazing stay at Viking Village resort! It is an absolute hidden gem and truly felt like a fairytale escape. The cozy wooden houses are free-standing, which gives you excellent privacy, making them perfect for either a family trip or a solo getaway. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a fully equipped kitchen inside. The entire area is incredibly quiet with absolutely no outside noise—just total peace. On the premises, they have a great fireplace setup and the most amazing, cute……

“Made the mistake of going on 4th of July week. They Had an event charging 100 a person more to eat and see fireworks. otherwise no dinner. Restaurant was closed. But luckily we could see fireworks from our balcony, yet there was a gigantic tree blocking our whole view. We didnt eat, we didnt see fireworks, I went there because It was haunted. I like ghost hunting and it was my reason for choosing it. Somehow I booked through expedia yet they booked someone else the haunted room I choose when……

“I think all Hilton hotels have the same small and flat pillows which are not comfortable to sleep on but over all, It was okay. May be I just need to change my option in choosing where to stay. Breakfast is the same.”

“The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely……

“I traveled with my family, including young children. We all had a nice, comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub were great, and we all enjoyed them. The room was clean and cozy. We will happily stay here again.”
