「Property was great, we loved our trip and our lodging was a big part of that. The apartment is in the upper west side, so you are a walk from Central Park and the museums but my kids did fine with it. You are a few blocks from a bus stop and similar distance from a subway station and close to multiple pizza shops which was the reason for the trip! 「Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again!」

「It was really nice to have so much space in New York! Check in was super easy. I also loved having a kitchen. We often had leftovers that we could heat up later. Also, my daughter needed to steam her throat every morning which we couldn't have done at a hotel. There was a problem with the hot water in the shower. 「Very happy to have stayed here. Greg made everything easy. Traveling with a child and a teenager was made easy with the added space. Beats staying at a hotel 100%. We were able to use the extra bed for our daughter and our son stayed on the couch. 」

「Seven women over 70 spent 5 days in the apartment, and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. Instead of feeling like you are in the chaos of New York, you feel part of the neighborhood. Central Park was a short walk away. We even saw a film being made at the end of the block. Everything in the apartment is new and fresh. Will book again the next time we are in New York. We even discussed the book for about 3 minutes.」

「We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. 「We didn’t stay! The “property manager” cancelled our stay while we were on our way from the airport to meet them for KEYS!!! No one has responded to me! It was a disaster! I was leaving the airport with my husband and daughter and two seperate “property managers” called me to tell me there was a maintenance issue and that the apartment was not available! We had to scramble to find a hotel in NYC last minute, literally on our way to the city from the airport!」

「The apartment is small, but fit our needs as we were basically there to sleep and out being tourists most of the day and night. (2 adults and 2 young adults -- both 20) The location was perfect. Walking distance to theatres, times square, sooo many restaurants and subway when we needed it to get across town to Brooklyn. Alex was so responsive and helpful before and during our stay.」

「My wife and her friend rented this place for a long weekend to visit some friends in NYC- the apartment was really nice and comfortable and located close to a lot of places or to public transport - the amenities were mostly great - would loved to have had more hand-towels and also basic kitchen items like salt and pepper! Would highly recommend and will come back - thanks for the great weekend.」
