「The place is really beautiful and relaxing. We had a great experience! Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. 「For college friends met and stayed here for 5 days and the home was absolutely amazing. Very modern and beautiful. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit. It could not have been better. Close to the town and a comfortable area surrounding the home.」

「Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. 「My main complaint was the listing said basic soaps To me that should include shower soap- all other places I have stayed have as well as shampoos We arrived at the property at 10 pm and had to go out to the store to buy soap so we could all shower in the morning That was the major disappointment. Otherwise the house is spacious and well kept」

「Everything was very easy. When I rented I didn’t realize the two twin beds were two rollaways but we made it work. All three of us slept in the main room where the bed was located… more like a studio rental. Great location and easy to get back and forth from the dance competition we were attending at the local Holoday Inn.」

「The property is well equipped and comfortable. Its easy to get to and right on the lake. Beautiful picture windows overlook Oneida Lake, and make the living area so serene. It was very rainy while we were there, but that did not lessen our enjoyment of this cute lake house!」
