「Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. 」

「Overall, the condo was nice. However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.」

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and comfy living area. The host, James, was incredibly responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. We highly recommend this property for families looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway. We plan to make this trip annual and what love to stay again! 」

「Everything was very welcoming. Clean and in a great location. You can walk to the river or just enjoy the pool or hot tubs. Golf carts would be nice to carry your things to the river or pool, just a suggestion. Great place to stay at and we loved it!! Will do it again in the future!」
