「After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked.
The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city...

「Fantastic location, studio is spacious, kitchen area is good. Things to improve would be cleaning the windows, some decorating required, evidence of water leaks, wardrobe space is functional but very basic, some light bulbs need replacing. The five flights of stairs were ok for me and a bit of a view if the windows were cleaner but nay be a problem for others.」

「I booked this place for my first time visiting London and so glad I did. The kitchen really helps save money as eating out is so expensive! It has an oven, kettle, microwave, fridge, washing machine and sink, and comes with all cutlery, plates and utensils you need.Sharing the bathroom and toilet with the other guests was no issue.
