「服務人員親切、附近交通便利、位置佳，我預訂了6個晚上的住宿。只是床太軟、枕頭更軟，雖然向櫃檯反應了數次，也更換了枕頭兩次，枕頭卻仍然偏軟而難以入睡，失眠了四個晚上。第五天在附近的商店買了較硬的枕頭，最後兩天就很好入睡。如果飯店可以準備少數較硬的枕頭以解決住客的睡眠問題，就會比較完善。」

「周围吃饭的地方比较多，外部环境一般，房间内还可以，毕竟在纽约，寸土寸金。前台服务态度很好。」

「We had 4 in a unit on the 14th floor - great size space and was a blessing to have 2 baths. There is construction next door right now, so the mornings can be a little noisy, but it never bothered us too much as we were out the door exploring the city pretty early every day. Roof deck is awesome - We'd go up and have coffee most mornings. Central to so much there, and plenty of subway stops within a few blocks, so pretty easy to get anywhere.」

「I was upgraded to a corner one bedroom suite and this was the most spacious hotel room I’ve ever been in in NYC! The view over the Hudson River at sunset was incredible and the giant soaking tub was heaven:) 」

「Todella siisti hotelli. Sijainti on erinomainen ja samalla rauhallinen. Seaportin alue todella kiva. Brooklyn Bridge ja metroasema vieressä. Hotellin aamupala hintaansa nähden aika heikko, eli sitä en ottaisi. Nycin hotelliksi huoneet tilavia. Ei mitään valittamista, kaikki sujui ja meni hyvin. Menisin ehdottomasti uudestaan. 」
