"Todo bien me quedaría de nuevo me quedé 5 días la piscina y la habitación siempre estuvo limpia solo mejoraría el desayuno que cambiara los fines de semana por lo menos pero estuvo espectacular cada vez que vaya a Chicago iré allá hay piscina está cerca de todo espectacular"

"A bit disappointed in the condition of hotel as we’ve stayed here several times before because of it’s convenience to interstate and O hare. One elevator wasn’t working when we arrived and 24 hours later when we left, another elevator wasn’t working. Our bathroom had rust stains in shower and lobby bathrooms were messy with paper towels and actual towels on floor making me think something overflowed Parking lot lacks an exit at one end, if you park at that end , you’ll need to back out 1/3 of lot to exit. Plus now there’s a fee for parking which we didn’t expect. We did not realize attached Outback Steakhouse restaurant was no longer as we had hoped to enjoy drinks in the evening there. Check in was easy and staff pleasant"

"very convenient shuttle, but picks up at door 2C not 2E as posted somewhere. Pizza and gelato place right in the hotel were so awesome- after a day of travel it was a quick and convenient way to get food and pizza was delicious. Breakfast was good too. Easy walk to train or the shopping mall."
