Where to stay in Weymouth and Portland District

Heavy rain overnight in addition to the thawing snow resulted in lots of floods this morning. After several diversions I managed to make my way to the RSPB reserves at Weymouth. This Snipe thinks I can't see it. RSPB Lodmoor.

First thing is this is an old building. This gives the impression of character and the Jubilee hotel had plenty. The staff were friendly and within a few minutes I was settled in my upgraded room with a sea view. The room was comfortable with the tea and coffee usual suspects and a very good shower. ...
