“Lovely clean property with friendly, helpful staff right on the beach”

“We used two bedrooms during our stay and neither had wi-fi working. Breakfast was chaotic with guests waiting for clean crockery etc. to arrive etc. The leisure facilities are good and the views from sea facing rooms are excellent.”

“located in the small downtown Lyme Regis, easy to go to the beach, shops and restaurants it is an very old inn, very tradition english wooden building, downstair is the bar and restaurant, a bit oily smell, beware of no air-con”

Absolutely no way, this is a no no, the credit card company will never approve that! had to leave a cash guarantee Other than that; parking, reception layout is chaotic, expensive . Itis a Fun, characterful and well located hotel. No air conditioning!”

“Very well kept spotless Staff were always very helpful and friendly The accommodation was excellent hot water constantly and no problem with shower Beds were very clean and comfortable The outdoor pool was amazing we all loved it The wildlife was great to see on our way to the forest I would say overall the best place to stay if you are looking for something different and we booked it from Republic of Ireland for peppa pig world we definitely had a wonderful time Thank you very much for……

“Stunning location and very friendly, helpful staff. Room decent but a bit small. Could do with a fan as no air conditioning. No lift and don't recommend this area or property if you have mobility issues. You have to pay for breakfast and drinks are also extra. Didn't like that. Breakfast wad ok, bit let down in terms of the very limited offering eg had to pay same for a "veggie option " which was the meat version without sausage/bacon so literally just egg beans and tomatoes which was a rip……
