“located in the small downtown Lyme Regis, easy to go to the beach, shops and restaurants it is an very old inn, very tradition english wooden building, downstair is the bar and restaurant, a bit oily smell, beware of no air-con”

“We love coming to the knoll house, it is clean and quirky and has a lot of history attached to it. The food is lovely. It’s very dog friendly beautiful Studland beach is across the road. It has a small pool and Swanage is five minutes drive down the road. It’s a very relaxing place to be.”

“This was our third stay at Sandy Balls. The housekeeping staff work tirelessly and the units are always spotless. We have a welcome gift for our dog (which is much appreciated!) and the facilities are great on site (the restaurants and pool). Some of the other residents were not so great, but that is to be expected on any UK staycation type place - unless you have the entire place to yourself, there are always people that don't get along. The Sandyballs team (Especially the out of hours……

“This hotel is located in an amazing location with Poole Harbour to one side and the sea to the other, both accessible from the hotel. The staff are polite and professional. The housekeeping is impressive. Although the building is looking a little tired, the ambience, staff members and service make up for it. Breakfast is as expected with variety on offer to cater to most dietary requirements. The dining/eating area could be made a little more attractive as the layout seems rather formal.……
