"The cottage itself is lovely, and has a lot of potential. It’s a large cottage which accomodates 5. Lighting wasn’t working in all rooms which was a nuisance and the facilities in the kitchen were dirty and not maintained well. Oven and stove worked, coffee machine filthy. Given that you would hire a cottage to do self catering, it wasn’t one of the better cottages we have stayed in. We found it a cold welcoming, no welcome note, only a small box of biscuits on entry. "All good and clean perfect location "

"We stayed for one night. Plenty of parking spaces. The location is on the outskirts but you can walk into Weymouth town centre or catch a bus from just outside. The room was clean, comfortable and looked to have been recently redecorated. We didn’t use the health facilities, but there was a nice bar area and drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast was buffet-style with a good selection of hot and cold food."

"Had a good stay. However i found the bed to be very hard and the property to be very dated. Everything was very clean, but the 1st impression wasn't what i had hoped for. The location is wonderful, a great beach within a few minutes walk. Staff were all lovely. However for me it is time to renevate, starting with the rooms and their furniture. I did not try the extended facilities such as the spa, so can't comment."

"Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay."
