「Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

「 This is a lovely well kept hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel is very convenient to all that Exeter has to offer. I had a stunning room overlooking the Cathedral. I had not appreciated that there is no pick up or drop off point near the hotel.
