“Check in so easy, with precise directions to entrance and code. Spacious living area with king size comfy bed. We enjoyed the view of the water and neighborhood deer. Ashley helped us view properties in the area. She was most helpful with everything.”

“A very beautiful, very clean, and cozy apartment furnished with love in a quiet location.Sights are easily accessible by car, public transport, or Uber.The great basic amenities (which you rarely find in this size with other providers) are worth mentioning; you have everything you need right there and don't have to buy the basics (e.g., laundry detergent, spices, coffee tabs...).We only have one small suggestion: a small shelf above the bed would be nice to store things like glasses, cell……

“Everything was great - comfortable and high quality design of the living spaces, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room. Hotel level clean. We cook and the kitchen had everything we needed and is pretty, a bonus! Private apartment above garage (so no ambient noise from the rest of the house) with covered parking. Located on quiet neighborhood street, so no traffic or parking issues, and near shopping for essentials and fun boutiques. The little extras that made it excellent for us: high vaulted……

“Host was welcoming. Quick response to a couple of questions we had. Clean. Close to stores and Green hills mall. Lipscomb University Is 6-8 minutes. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen and looked like was well equipped. We didn’t use much because busy with events. ”

“My best friend & I stayed (2) nights leading into New Year’s Eve. It was the PERFECT location. So glad we chose here instead of a hotel. Downtown is only a short drive away. The experience, scenery & environment were amazing. It truly gave the feel of being in the country & was so peaceful & quiet and such a great experience.
