「The shopkeeper was very enthusiastic and generous, the check-in was smooth and pleasant. The manor is in a good location, quiet & beatutiful, you can walk to most of the scenic spots in Winchester. The breakfast was delicious, and we also met other friendly customers to enjoy a good breakfast together. A highly recommended B&B.」

「Staying at 31 Queens Rd was a fantastic experience. Richard was a friendly and knowledgeable host. My breakfast tray every morning was above and beyond in terms of quality and quantity. My room was clean, cozy, comfortable; the entire property was safe and well lit. On site parking was beyond convenient. Highly recommend!! 」

「The hotel, pub was absolutely perfect. The staff were excellent especially Tarik excuse me if not spelt correctly. All staff were extremely attentive. Room was so cozy, a little in the warm side but we didn’t see the thermostat as slightly hidden. We ate at the pub on Friday, food, drinks all excellent. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We will definitely be back.」

「This is my second stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The room was spotless. I really liked having a fridge in the room with fresh milk and water. The room was quiet and comfortable. I like the self-service breakfast. This suited me as I wanted to be up and out. There was a good choice of cereals, bread for toast, yoghurts and fruit. A lovely B & B :) 」

「Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)」
