「Everything at the hotel is exceptionally clean. Food at the pool and Sandbar is very good. The Gulf is right in front of the pool, but beach access is down 2 flights of stairs and on the side of the hotel.」

「The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family.」

「Did not see any bugs. Room was clean, though it was dated. Had a king with 2 pillows. Pool area looked nice. I would stay again. It's not bad considering the price. About a 15 minute drive from The Sound amphitheater.」

「The location of this property is ideal as it is in a quieter section of the island, but close enough to walk to Pier 60 and that area. Sand Key Park and Beach is also walkable via a vigorous hike over the bridge. There are some great restaurants nearby; I highly recommend Cesare's which is exactly one block away. Having a dedicated parking spot with the unit is a big plus. The unit itself was clean but showing some wear in the fixtures. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The balcony is...

「It was right on the edge of the water and was within minutes of the beach. Nice people and wasn't too loud. Good nights rest.」

「We had a wonderful time at the property and enjoyed all of the walking distance attractions. You are so close to the beach and dozens of restaurants and bars. The cottage was a perfect home base for exploring Clearwater Beach. We’ll definitely be returning, this place is a gem!」
