「Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. 」

「Plenty of space for extended family. Good public transportation close by. Having three bedrooms was a plus. King Master Suite on the third floor was quiet and comfortable.」

「Large damp patch and water dripping onto kitchen work surface from the above bathroom. Furniture dated with door handles off or falling off, outside area untended with over grown grass and weeds with wonky patio slabs. Stair case wood damaged and unsafe under foot. Sorry but I would not recommend staying here until these health and safety measures have been addressed. 」
