“When I got there I did not get the room I reserved they gave me a double not the king I reserved and not the handicap room I also requested and to top it all off they then changed me a $100 deposit that I have not received back from them yet so this $70 room has now cost me $278+ not a happy camper at all will not use you or stay at this motel ever again. I've used you in the past with no problem like this don't know what or who is at fault here but very much unsatisfied with the whole thing as……

“The hotel had a really bad infestation of German coach roaches in two closed off rooms that were 3/4 rooms down from our room. The staff reassured us that the next day they would upgrade our room and also give a partial refund and claimed the new room would be bug safe but we didn’t want to risk. They tried to convince us that it’s wasn’t as bad as I think. But the amount of bugs I saw crowing out of those closed rooms were proof that the infestation was massive.”

“Trash was not emptied on a daily basis. Towels were not replaced. Had to take soiled.towels to counter in order to receive fresh towels.management was no very helpful and tried to give me a hard time over my request. Tub with shower did not work properly. You had to work on the valve in order for the shower to work (which wasn’t very well). The room was itself was adequate and it was quiet at night. Breakfast wasn’t very sufficient to call it breakfast. I would not stay there again unless these……
