「房間是有浴室及厠所，早晚餐都不錯，溫泉男女各一個池很舒服(只有室内)，樓高三層是没有電梯(但员工熱情幫手，要给讚！) 住一晚溫馨提示 : 要去地獄谷野猿公苑 (4點関門) 最好第一天大早到酒店先去 (火車站至酒店車程約5-7分鐘)，隔天去會趕不及回來 check out , 隔天行理就需要寄存火車站，(¥500件) 步行上下山最少一小時，酒店只會安排早上到公園門口(不安排回程)，回程方法 A巴士 (¥310位)到火車站(中途站不到酒店的)B，的士要预約一台約¥1800-2000台 C，步行1小時左右。隔天老闆很好先送我們到火車站寄存行理¥ 500一件後送我們到公園門口 老闆要給讚！」

「There was one guy and a lady worked at the reception during my stay. The lady was very helpful and provide good Japanese service. However, the guy was not polite at all and sounds like a police when he asked us not to bring our food from breakfast to outside coffee area. This is our first time encounter impolite Japanese service. Besides he said he did not know there was a New Year Eve fireworks at Ichinose family run. At last, we have to google and check it out ourselves but how could a hotel...

「非常方便滑雪进出！第一次来志贺高原，感觉住在 ichnosen这个区域滑雪是最好的点！左边去澳志贺滑雪区，右边最远可以到莲池。至于志贺中央区，就呆在这里最方便。志贺钻石酒店可以说非常 local。早餐，晚餐种类不多，但是，够吃了！房间很小，但是，该有的都有了。反正滑雪很累回来就休息！枕头不舒服，最后一天才发现二楼柜台旁边有个架子上有浴袍，西式枕头可以自由取用！建议： 1、在饭店买缆车票，比较便宜 2、如果要求不高，饭店租雪具比较外面价钱差的很多。可以省很多钱」

「Excelente espacio para hospedarse, el staff es súper amable y alegre. La habitación en la que nos quedamos era bastante grande y cómoda. Por el precio es acorde a lo que ofrece el hotel. Solo si hace falta actualizar parte del mobiliario para disfrutar aún más la estancia.」

「一泊2食，以此價錢確是十分便宜，但酒店比較舊，而2食都不是太好食，不過若此價錢，也沒太大要求！ 但純粹滑雪的話，一出就是滑雪場，十分方便，而且房間在冬季時景色超靚，志賀高原附近一帶滑雪酒店來說，以此價位算是便宜得來不錯了！」
