「There was very little staff available on the night, there wasn’t an option for any drinks or a bar no restaurant. The room was cold, radiator took ages to warm up and windows didn’t shut properly. On the morning I left I was met by another member of staff who was clearly on something. I should of spent an extra £10 and stayed at a travel lodge.」

「Castle House stands in the grounds of a small castle. It has an electric gated entrance and there are CCTV cameras everywhere - even on the hot tub. The property has recently gone through renovation and is very modern and well maintained throughout. TVs in bedroom 1, lounge and kitchen with full Sky packages, Kitchen has everything you need and hot tub and sauna were an excellent addition. Beds were very comfortable. "Great location! Around 5 mins walk from the rail station. The room is premium and large. Well equipped with everything you need (except I didn't see a fridge though). The breakfast is nice exceythe black pudding is a bit dry. Two things I was not that satisfied. 1) there's some kind of smell like humidity. But ofc I got used to it in 5 mins... 2) I sometimes heard leaking (should be water going from the tubes but sounds like leaking). However all the rests are above my expectations so I still rate 5 star."
