「everything is just fine, clean, cozy and just enough.」

「I like the river view of my room and this is my 2nd time visit in 2026. Deeply appreciate for the birthday cake and roses from the hotel.」

「Location is good but rooms have musty smell. The plug for hair dryer kept coming off from the main socket. Cleanliness was average. Counter staff was not friendly on the day we arrived. (Arrived at around 8 pm) Only one guy at counter and he looked tired. He even gave us the wrong key for one of our rooms and we have to keep all our...

「The hotel is amazingly beautiful from the outside. The landscaping is very well done and the architecture is gorgeous. The inside however, is a bit tired and outdated. The cleaners are doing a good job, but they can't do anything about old and worn surfaces. The TV was not working, giving an error message. The staff is helpful and friendly, but do not speak english. The breakfast was good. The shuttle service from and to the airport was excellent.」
