「已是第二次住宿這酒店, 只是今次因酒店入住率太高原固, 沒法安排高樓層房間, 但舒適及整潔度仍保持水準, 管房職員很細心, 要求很快回應. 早餐中西式都可口. 可能入住率高令前台服務有些微失準, 朋友在退房前一日送來文件, 但到退房後仍未被告之, 要再三問到才發現文件留在concierge, 幸好及時收到而不致去到機場才發覺.」

「有一點舊。浴室太老舊、太小。 一樓大廳及走道的地板，止滑的漆太過止滑、反而很容易往前衝而跌倒，又是梅雨天的鞋底有一點濕更危險⚠️」

「The location of the hotel is perfect. It is only one minute walk to the pedestrian street and about fifteen minutes walk to the bund. The hotel is not young at all. However, it is very grand and the overall maintenance is good. The room is very clean and spacious and certainly you will feel very comfortable when you live in it. The cleaning staff are very polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast is just of standard but not special in any ways.」

「The property is an heritage building, the French Embassy back to 19 Century. Hotel management was good and eveyything had been well maintained. Breakfast was good, with varieties. Staff were freidnly and polite. Location was good, and walkable to subway station. This was my fourth stay and was pleased to be back」
