「Everything was good, staff was very helpful」

「GREAT Property and AMAZING STAFF. However, I do have to note two things that give me pause on going back there (at least when it is super hot). 1) The beach is rough and not great to swim in. Now, bear with me, this is only important because of point 2) the pool is a bathtub. The water was so hot by the end of the day it was almost uncomfortable. NOW, again, this is literally the only downside to this, frankly, amazing resort but I have to make it known to other travelers. To the resort...

「We stayed here years ago and went back and the rooms were old and poorly maintained, the food also was terrible. It used to be such a great property.」

「The room was very nice and clean. I enjoyed being onthe first floor. I was told I could open the gate from my little terrace and walk out to the pool. But he couldn't open it. He was supposed to get back to me about that. But he never did.」

「The location was good. Not too far from the airport. The hotel Itself needs a makeover. You can tell it is a bit older. The views are nice, but there is no swimming in the ocean, the water is way too rough. The food was mediocre. The staff was accommodating. I liked that they had a braclet fob as a room key, very handy. The adults only pool areas were nice. The restaurants were kind of hot, no AC in the sky bar. The AC worked well in the room.」

「The staff at this resort is awesome very polite very cordial and always willing to help you with anything you have the hotel is clean, beautiful especially the rooms that face the ocean. It’s breathtaking views. Always feel sad when I have to leave this place. We have been staying here for years because it’s centrally located to everything in walkable to the marina and to downtown Central.」
