「Overall, this is a very nice hotel. It would’ve gotten a higher score except for the fact that they don’t answer the phone. We called many times looking for a room service for other questions about amenities and potential outings, but mostly got their hold recording for extended periods of time. This was both in the middle of the day and late at night. They clearly don’t have enough staff to answer the phone anytime they matter. Our average hold time was approximately five minutes. 「Had a great stay - the room was nice and cleaned everyday. The receptionists were all very helpful and the food was also very nice. The only thing was the shower flooded the bathroom a bit. All in all a great stay and we shall probably be back next year.」

「The hotel has been nicely updated but is struggling to provide adequate service to the volume of guests it was built to serve. A couple of examples: the safe in our room didn’t work showing an error, the staff promised to reset it but no one even came. The maid service showed up at 5:29 pm, just as we were freshening up and getting ready for dinner. The room was empty from 10am to 5pm with the green light on, but the hotel staff couldn’t manage to service it during this window. So the room...
