“Staff was super friendly, quick to check in and it is in such a easy place to park, and walk to food, gyn, and other things. Clean and large rooms and love the outdoors aspect of the place. Breakfast was great, in a big room and lots of options from Waffles, to cereal, eggs, potatoes, Biscuit and gravy, Hard Boiled eggs, coffee, juice.. your normal full breakfast options. Internet is fast for work access. Great place, will stay again when I am in the area!”

“Where to start. We changed rooms three times. The first room was occupied by a naked man. The second room had dirty bedding and no remote for the tv. The last room’s tv didn’t work and the toilet would not stop running. I had to fix the tv.”

“The staff is very friendly. We stayed here last year as well for the NWAC championships. The rooms are updated and clean. Nice breakfast in the morning with fresh coffee.”

“We stayed in the Aston Suites. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. However, my husband who uses a cane would have had a challenge with getting to the front desk in the Norblad Hotel. I took care of checking in and the Astor Suites had an elevator which made it easy for my husband.”

“We ultimately ended up not staying here. It had nothing to do with the staff. The check in was smooth and easy. Yes, I read reviews before booking but after visiting I can’t agree with some of them. It is a very old motel and the outside is really worn. The room we were assigned was pretty worn too. The mattress was broken down and jiggled just by sitting down on it. It just wasn’t for us. I was willing to pay the much higher price at another tried and true chain hotel. The clerk was super busy……

“It was decent but not as nice as we would have hoped. No elevators, ice machine was broken, poor lighting in room, outdated decor, nail polish stain on comforter, toilet ran all night. Hotel did not seem to be run very professionally. However, breakfast was good, beds were comfy, AC worked well.”

“When I arrived I was told that my room was being deep cleaned because someone was living in the room for 8 months and she had just moved out when I left and came back at check in time there were nats In the room I told the manger she didn’t offer to move me and when I asked about another room she said they were booked but I stayed for a week because I didn’t have any where else to go at the time I had to get all my own supplies to kill the infection in the room but the rooms she said were booked……
