Auf den Bildern sieht es so aus als ob das Hotel und die Balkone zum Meer gerichtet sind, jedoch hat man bei einem Zimmer mit Meerblick lediglich einen seitlichen Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber auch nicht mehr. Etwas Mißverständlich war die Nutzung des Innenpools und der Sauna, dieses wird als Day Sia ausgelegt und es werden extra Gebühren erhoben, die aber nicht ihr Geld wert sind, für die kostenlose Nutzung ist dies in……

“Jessica was very welcoming and helped with our luggage. Everyone was friendly. The parking was especially appreciated since on street parking is rare. Loved the security too. Two minute walk to the ocean made for scenic walks. Two great restaurants close by…”Ondas do Mar” and “José do Rego””

“Very nice "premium" property. Great amenities overlooking the water. Wonderful, attentive and interested staff. Breakfast was very good, but got booring after a few days. Some aspects of the room were a little tired and different (like the bathroom lighting was insufficient) but it was a very pleasant and spacious room. Bar drinks were priced more like NY than the Azores. Overall, a very pleasant stay. ”

“Welcoming and helpful staff, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and views and so much peace and quiet! We stayed in early April and the weather was beautiful but unpredictable (as usual in the Azores) and our room stayed a comfortable temperature the entire time without using the thermostat. The only change I'd make is more variety at breakfast and more opportunity to try the Azorean beef at dinner! ”

“The room felt neglected. It was clean but the bathroom is in great need of an update and appears moldy and worn down. The beds are very hard and the room is musty. Breakfast was fairly good. ”

“Private gated villa located in great town. Local hot springs are less than a 10 minute walk. Staff was great, cleaned daily, did laundry upon request, left local foods after each cleaning. Overall a wonderful stay.”

“Excellent location. Wonderful breakfasts which are included. Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. Just be aware if guests have mobility issues there is no elevator and the floors where rooms are - are reached with a lot of stairs. But staff will assist with luggage handling. Really enjoyed our stay here. Close to restaurants and quick walk to main square. Would stay here again. ”
