「We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. Great front desk staff and housekeeping. Lucien was a stand out front desk employee who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your business. Rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeepers were efficient. Great location close to the subway and Central Park top end. We will be back.」

The staffs members are very nice and friendly. They allow early check-in as my flight arrived earlier than expected. They would answer all your questions with a friendly and welcoming smile.
