“The air conditioning did not work properly at all. There was only one ice machine on the property that worked, and it was empty all the time only one elevator worked, and there was no effort to get the others working. We will never stay at Park Tower Inn again we have stayed there many times and was very dissatisfied when we got there.”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“The Inn was unbelievably clean! Their housekeeping staff need an award. My kids enjoyed the water “park” that was available but it was very basic. They have nice amenities such as a ping pong table, inside cold pool, hot tub, small lazy river, and a water slide with the pool. They breakfast was large but they have no modifications for anyone who is dairy free. My biggest complaint was how incredibly uncomfortable the beds are. They are like laying on a plank of wood with springs but they were……

“The first room we had the air didn't work and there was mold in the shower. We switched to a different which was a little better. The internet provided with your stay is awful, lose signal all the time. Breakfast included was not great either, lukewarm food and if you aren't there right when it starts then you won't get anything because they don't refill it. Really the only thing going for this hotel is it's location, it is right in Gatlinburg on the strip. It's great for a walk to sightseeing……
