“They gave us a room that still had remnants of an Evidence sticker on the front door. Red tape with the letters EVI on it...I wonder what that could have been. Went to the front desk and was told to not worry about it, that it was a domestic violence case a couple of months ago - didn't give us a new room when asked.”

“Overall appearance is below average. This place could use maintenance virtually everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned well and it showed, from the dirty food tray next to the microwave to the grime in the shower, to the white stains on the brown sofa, to the soiled carpet, the paint issues, green swimming pool water, and musty dirty smell in the room when you first enter the room. I rejected the first room and staff tried to get me to stay saying that smell was normal. The second room was……

“Fire alarms kept going off all weekend. twice on Friday night and 5 or 6 times on Saturday night. Rowdy kids running rampant with no adult supervision and no staff support. No apologies or remedies to rectify situation from any of the staff.”
