“It’s an older property that appears to have been updated at some point in the past. Overall I would only rate it as a 2 star property. Also, not at all a good value for what we had to pay. I would not stay there again.”

“We liked they have done away with the carpeting and have hardwood floors. Seems much cleaner. Breakfast was good. It was quiet and staff was pleasant. They responded quickly to requests. Convenient but sometimes hard to get to.”

“I was woken up at 12:30AM by the staff knocking on my door. Asking me who I was. Come to find out that the employee who checked me in forgot to "save it" in the computer. It was the employee who checked me in was the one asking me who I was. I had to remind him of the conversation we had when he checked me in before he was convinced he made the mistake. No apology, no remorse for waking us up, and still acted like it was my fault somehow. Also de-activated my key card, was such a hassle in the……

“There are ants. I found many small ants.”

“The floor was a bit dusty but other than that, no complaints. Breakfast was really good and I appreciated that there was plenty of food available despite there being a lot of guests.”

“The carpet throughout the property was in desperate need of cleaning / replacing. Hardly any electric outlets for charging phones, laptops etc. Trash cans outside were running over. On a good note, even though I never had breakfast, it looked like a good selection of breakfast items.”

“Hot Tub not working. Indoor swimming pool needs to be cleaned. No Business Center for guests to use computers or printers. For the price I paid, I understand why these amenities are not available. Excellent staff! Breakfast not so good, but you get what you pay for. Very quiet and relaxing. NO CABLE TV either!!!”
