“Property was cozy and comfortable for the 1 night we stayed. I will say the room is very small so do not pack bulky items. There are some nearby restaurants, and nothing is too far away to get to. Only real improvement I'd suggest is the continental breakfast offering. Very minimal options, no eggs or hot food, nor were there any fresh fruit. ”

“The staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room on the second floor was spacious and spotless. As we were on the second floor, the coffee maker located just outside our room was very convenient. ”

“Older but quaint room where we stayed but they have just added 8 new rooms. Wonderful staff and a quiet refuge on Duvall street. Lovely bar for a quiet drink. Live music at night and don’t miss the drag show upstairs. Breakfast by the pool every morning. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The bathroom in room 8 does not have an exhaust fan so bathroom smells always go into the bedroom. Even though there is room for a couple of chairs in the bedroom, none are provided. The balcony light does not have a switch to turn it on. Parking is rarely available. Do not bring a car or rent one.”

“Some idiot locked the dead bolt lock on the white gate we had know way to get in. And don't bother calling the phone number on the wall by the room door, nobody will call you back ever. So the location is good but the rest not so much ”

“The hotel is right where all the action is on Duvall street. First timers need to prepared to deal with parking challenges. The room would have been perfect for just a couple but all in all served our family of four very well.”
