“Our stay at Hawks House Inn was excellent. Very quiet, very clean accommodations, easy checkin, lovely location. I would definitely stay there again is I am in the area.”

“The house was built in 1861 with original flooring and lovingly refurbished. The sleeping accommodations are tastefully furnished. Being a short walk away from the hubbub of the shopping doesn't mean that your peace and quiet is disturbed. The restaurant, which is located on the first floor of the Inn serves delicious food and staffed by competent and polite people. The only suggestion that we could make is a full length mirror in the room. Looking forward to returning in the future. ”

“Spent two nights here on my own to extend a family trip. I was met by Mark who welcomed me and gave me a tour. The coziest space, beautiful gardens, a screened in porch with comfy places to sit and read. Upstairs, the bed is so comfortable with soft cotton sheets and a variety of pillows. There’s AC but I opted to open all the windows and let the fabulous breeze come through. Every space is fully stocked with anything you might need and more. Fridge even had some cold bevies! I just felt so at……

“the Inn was in the perfect location. Restaurants and shops are close by. The host was a very helpful and accommodating and it was very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family to come and visit the Greenleaf Inn. They give you the VIP treatment here . Can’t wait to return for our next stay. ”

“Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”

“The studio apartment was as advertised .. so cute.. cozy and comfortable. VERY clean. Perfect for a couple. The view was very nice and there were outside chairs on the property to sit and enjoy! There was just a small microwave to cook in and a small refrigerator. ( setting might have been set too high) I would have found it beneficial to have an electric frying pan or an electric griddle to make eggs or stir-fry veggies . One other item I couldn't find was a manual can opener. The neighbor ……
