“The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gatineau. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and the overall experience very pleasant. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of options and everything well organized. One important note is that during my stay there was a large group of children in the hotel (likely for a sports tournament). Unfortunately, they were very loud in the……

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”
