"Property is close to all the good bars and restaurants. House is well maintained, with excellent amenities (Fiber internet, air conditioning, TVs in multiple rooms.) and the sun room was an excellent place to hang out with the friends. Great experience overall."

"night 1: took forever to find the unit. Hotels.com was supposed to send a link 24 hrs before arrival. The email arrived at 15:35, after check in opened. We took longer driving, arrived after dark after rain. Stairs were a surprise, dark and slippery. The address was in the text that we found AFTER calling the host. This unit, is NOT ADA friendly and wheeled luggage does not work. However, the unit was comfortable and well laid out with an upstairs sleeping and down stairs sitting areas. ...

"In town to move our son into UT Austin. The property was just what we were looking for. Quiet neighborhood with quick and easy access to the city. A couple minute drive to downtown, South Congress, and about 15 minutes to campus. The host was very responsive (door dashed batteries for a beeping smoke alarm!) and polite. All the amenities were perfect for feeling at home for a couple of days. "
