“Great staff and nice room”

“The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. ”

“The room was spacious and clean. The room darkening blind was getting very thin therefore more light was visible in the room. The rooms are nicely set up with a bench and hooks on the wall which are great to hang clothes on. Bathroom has a nice large vanity. Beds are very comfortable.”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”
