「The beach and pool were beautiful and the reason I booked the hotel. However the day we checked out at 1100 we we're looking forward to spending the day at the pool to catch are later flight at 7pm only to be told we had to pay another 110 dollars to sit by the pool for three hours. I was very disappointed.」

「Flight was changed/needed a last minute place to stay and needed to check in after 2am. At first the staff was resistant stating “check-in isn’t until 3pm” well that wasn’t going to work. After explaining the situation and apparently them needing an approval, the front desk was able to accommodate checking in at that moment. They also made it easy to hold the luggage until the flight, the following day.」

「Loved my stay at MetroArt Hotel! The location was one of the best parts. Everything was nearby, and right across the street are the beautiful botanical garden and the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico mural area, making it perfect for exploring and relaxing. The front desk staff and everyone I encountered were incredibly kind and welcoming. For the price, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, and I especially loved the pretty bathroom and shower. It has a cute boutique-hotel...
