“It was great generally speaking, er made a reservation for two rooms, one of them the bathroom ceiling was leaking really bad, but definitely I’ll stay again ”

“6年前来过，总体变化不大，但是从万豪变成索内斯特管理，软件还是查了一点，拖鞋，洗漱用具都没了，厨房设施也少了锅子，总体有明显退步。设施开始有点老旧了。该更新了。”

“Didn’t appreciate that they came into the room to clean even with the do not disturb sign up. They came in and we could have been in there asleep. Also didn’t feel like you should pay to park when you are paying to stay there too. But otherwise good service, enjoyed the pool, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful! ”

“Looks better inside than on the outside. I checked in at 6pm and the staff keyed into my room 15 minutes later to check the room while I was sitting on the toilet. This check should have been done before general check-in began at 3 pm, this pissed me off and was not a good start to the stay but the stay was cool beyond that. The AC unit was a little louder and made weirder noises than normal. Room #123”

“The only negative down fall was I was not made aware of a $75 deposit fee when they called me to take payment over the phone the day of my reservation but waited until I came to check in and charged me the $75 deposit fee then and complete blind sided me, also it was really warm in the hall in lobby. Other than that the visit was great ”

“Excellent customer service, very clean room. Convenient to walk to restaurants and downtown Cincinnati. Only one small complaint, there was a strong air freshener scent in the room that was very overwhelming and not overly pleasant at first. We became nose blind to it after awhile, Overall, an amazing hotel and would definitely stay there again. ”
