“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“This hotel was probably one of tbe absolute best Ive ever stayed in. The 530 "KickOff" was amazing and the room was clean. However what really put this place over the top was the staff. Ive never seen such friendly, kind, and caring people all in one place. We had such a wonderful stay!”

“Drury Plaza Chesterfield is always a great place to stay, friendly staff & very clean. The breakfast & kickback with 3 free drinks is a bonus. My friends & I stay here every year & its always a great experience. ”

“The room and lobby were really cool! I liked the unique layout and decor. The staff were nice and helpful! The complimentary coffee was delicious and I loved the drybar bath products. The only issue was that it was a little loud. You can hear the room next to you and every step in the hallways and the floor above. When the hvac kicked on it wasnt as bad. But I could see it being a real issue for some light sleepers. ”

“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”
