“Another hotel canceled my booking, which was rebooked by a third party. When I arrived around ten o'clock in the morning, instead of responding something like, "You can't check in until 3 p.m.," the lady at the front desk, despite helping other customers, could still find time to check the variability for me, who was arriving from a long overnight flight and had to spend three hours at a BNA to get a car rental opened. ”

“They were in the middle of renovations so gave them the benefit of the doubt, there was a lack of electrical outlets and a hole in the wall from our room the room next door we blocked off with our suitcase that I hope are fixed with the renovation. The lobby was beautiful and the pool/game area was great. Breakfast was average staff was AMAZING! Only other issue we had is we ordered an Uber as we we were pulling out the shuttle driver decided to start driving we assumed they didn’t see us let……
