「Staff members were excellent—helpful, courteous, and responsive. There were great views and the hotel is accessible to downtown. Areas for growth include a larger pool, and jacuzzi addition. In our room, our curtain was crooked and the chain on the pulley came off easily. Those were minor issues that didn’t impact the overall experience, though.」

「I always enjoy staying at hotel Millwork- centrally located, unique transformation of an old woolen mill into a modern hotel. This stay was overall good. 4/5 only because they’re one option for breakfast, which is their restaurant, was not operational the morning I left because apparently the waitress didn’t show up. There were very few other options in the Amana‘s for breakfast and the staff really had no solution to the problem. Otherwise, a good stay.」

「The sheets had hair in them and brown stuff. The shower was not clean. There was no microwave. The breakfast was SUPER cold. The pool was not only cold but not clean. There was water all over the pool floor and hair. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I was not able to check in at 2:30, even though I called a day prior to arriving to ask for an early check in.
