“There were multiple hot tubs, rooms were clean with a good view, and staff were very friendly. The parking was close by. The only thing that was a little awkward was there were stairs involved getting to my room. There’s elevators in the place, but when going further down the highway, it involves stairs.”

“The unit needs an upgrade, shower was hard to maintain a water temperature. Kitchen had old pots to cook had to ask for a frying pan. Elevators were slow and this was end of the ski season. No AC so it was hot in the unit. Had to return home the next day due to a family emergency and hotel manager refused to provide any type of refund. Don’t recommend staying here.”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“Nice location. Breakfast was cold. All the hot tubs were not working but we were still charged the resort fee. Fire alarm went off as we were trying to pack to check out (it was a false alarm).”

“Location has easy access to Vail Village and lifts. Hotel staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Stay reminded me of stays I've had in Europe. Also had a nice view from my room.”
