“We absolutely love this place. The location is amazing, close to everything you would ever need. The help, while we have never needed much, have always been helpful! We couldn’t be happier with the place and will definitely be back.”

“Terrible experience, we booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. We were put in a room that was basically a loft, huge opening in the wall (12ft x5ft) that over looked the living room. Not a closed 2nd bedroom, no privacy, no air circulation, no fan, no windows to open. Asked for another room. Was told no, we’re booked and short staffed so can’t move you. The room was so old and dingy. The kitchen cabinets had chipped paint, falling off, old and dirty. Staff was horrendous and not at all helpful asked for……

“I wanted to love it, but it was just okay. Hotel, staff, and room were great. However, the pool was offline Feb 2026 - August 2026 for renovations (replacing a filter). This was disappointing as we were traveling with kids, and we were all looking forward to swimming. It wasn’t indicated that the pool would be closed when booking. The laundry room had one working washer (two broken), which required waiting for another guest to finish. Staff was very helpful though (we needed quarters). One of……

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”
