"The elevator broke I asked for accessible room for my 90-year-old mother a walker. They put us on the fourth floor. The elevator broke the front. Staff was very rude. The phones in the room didn’t work. They only clean the rooms every three days and request in a refund."

"Breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean, workout facility was really nice and clean!"

"Although small, the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was a little inconvenient but not terrible. I would have rather have not had to pay, but $15.00 for overnight parking is not too bad either. The entire facility still has a really cool 1920's feel to it. I wonder if anyone has had any "paranormal" experiences? The cool little restaurant and bar in the lobby is pretty awesome. It is also within a very short walk to a few other bars and restaurants. We will definitely be stating there again!"

"Staffing all friendly and helpful. Small restaurant but served good food. Also friendly staff there too. Valet was pricey but efficient. No street parking available. Only minor issue is housekeeping cleans rooms every other day. Did not expect that, so For a family of 4, we had to request more bath towels."
