"The property was nice and clean - there were some holes in the walls and the blinds were not in great shape. My only real complaint was that the AC was not working while we were there. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees and the fan ran the whole time but it never cooled down. It was 82 during the day (87 outside) and only got down to 75 at night even with all the windows open - a little warm for sleeping. Notified the host in the afternoon and again in the evening but it never was fixed while we were there. I expected a refund for the inconvenience but none was offered although he did apologize and said he would make sure it was fixed for future guests."

"We loved the home. It was comfortable and clean. The pool was clean, large, and deep. I would not recommend for children that are not strong swimmers. The pool is not fenced in. It is centrally located. Everything we needed was close. We had a relaxing visit with family. "

"As I was planning on where to host my daughter’s first birthday, the 99 palms home was the place! The property is very big with much space to host small or big gatherings! Beautiful backyard, kitchen, bedrooms. We were all comfortable and had much room. The party was beautiful and had a lot of room to set up. The backyard patio lights brought beautiful ambiance to the party at night. Tina and her assistant Jazmin were very quick and responsive to any questions. Overall loved our stay and would love to be back! Thank you for having us. "

"This house was perfect for us! A friend and I were moving our boys into college and we stayed here while we did last-minute shopping and assembled dorm furniture. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. The house is very clean! Neighborhood was very quiet. Loved the pool at night! Perfect weekends with our college boys before we sent them off! "

"Staff on all shifts were very friendly. Room was very clean. Only problem was water/pop machine was empty and there was nowhere close to go get one. Bar/restaurant was being renovated at time of stay so can’t give opinion on it."
