“這間旅館規定，只要出門，房門鑰匙要交給櫃檯再離開。 ———————————————————————————————————— 狀況一： 1月30日晚上，當我們夫妻倆在房間休息、聊天時，響起敲門聲，我老婆回了一聲，但房門馬上被打開（五秒內）門口站著一位女性員工，她說因為外面下雨，所以要進來看看窗戶有沒有關好...... 這真是令人傻眼！幸好因為天冷，所以我們夫妻身上還穿著貼身的衛生衣褲，……

“Fantastic home base for exploring the center of Rome. The staff was amazing, super helpful, and accommodating, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. I have lived in and been to Rome many times, and this was the perfect mix of location, size, safety, and amenities. The front desk staff (esp Massimo) was beyond friendly and helpful! Wish I was still there.”
