“The hotel was beautiful. I can not stress that enough. However, when we went to bed, we did not sleep well. “The surfaces in our room were sticky. The bathroom looked like it had been caulked and spackled to death. The floors felt dirty. We had 3 pillows on a king sized bed for the two of us. My husband went downstairs to get an extra pillow and blanket for me. They said they didn't have an extra blanket. My family members told me after our stay that the Drury Inn was the only decent hotel left in the area. That' where we will stay next time. ”

"Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an attached building and is safe. The location is perfect and safe. It locates just next to the aquarium. Staff are friendly and very helpful and they do know how to comply the hotel’s policy (to create happy customers). Our AC in room was out of order at 5AM during hot summer. We were waken up by the heat. We called the front desk, but at that time, they can only sent a big fan up to the room for us, as the maintenance staff would only be available at 8:00. When we checked out, the front desk knew our experience, and told us that they would return what we had paid. They returned the room and parking charges, as well as the deposit right after we checked out. We were impressed with how the hotel's frontline staff handled this issue. We will definitely choose to stay with Drury Hotels. This is the most generous and responsible hotel we ever experienced. They truly care about their customers."
