“我們花了每晚USD$230左右的住宿費，但得到的卻是如同motel般的服務！ 雖然號稱是度假村，但基本上這裡提供的服務是0!! 所有東西都是自助的，沒有vallet parking，沒有room service，連美日的清掃服務都沒有(需額外花費才能擁有清掃服務)。 若expedia在訂房時有告知這一點，我想我不會選擇這個飯店！ 相同的住房價格在Lahaina或是Kaanapali beach附近可以住到很不錯的三至四星度假村！可以享有更好的服務！”

“I was very happy to find this good value for money hotel when I came to Maui for the first time. My room number is 301 located at the corner of the building and for two consecutive nights the strong wind outside kept knocking on my door so I couldn't sleep well all night. My experience this time was really bad. Fortunately, I only stayed for two nights and hoped to leave here as soon as possible.”

“Royal Kahana is showing it's age despite the construction going on which made lots of noise during the day. Our unit was nicely renovated. The sliding glass door was noisy at night due to the high winds. Staff and security were very friendly. Parking was easy to find. We would come back.”

“We paid extra money to purchase the ocean front/ocean view but given the garden and partial pool view room on the ground. They said they could not accommodate the other room because all the room were already occupied..then, refund our money. ”
