“Was a bit disappointed that for the price of the hotel, there was no pool, hot tub, spa, sauna, or wven microwave in the room. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable and my back hurt the entire trip, woke up sore every morning. The staff were amazing! The food and drinks were exceptional, but still for what we paid it wasnt worth it. ”

“We enjoyed our staff here. A family of 5, it was slightly tight quarters in their 1-bedroom suite, the beds were tiny (Full size), but the living area had a small kitchenette which was nice. Our bathroom was a nice size, but the shower did not drain on the first day, they immediately remedied it, and had quick customer service. The staff throughout were great, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was lack luster, not stocked very quickly, and limited choices, but what do you……

“When I checked in this hotel, I had to wait for a long time. The front desk was new and unskilled. But the most terrible thing is that there are cockroaches in the room, very huge cockroaches. I took many photos, and I didn't dare to sleep all night. Not only that, the sheets were stained when I checked in. It was disgusting. Hilton was chosen in the hope that brand supervision would at least be reassuring in terms of hygiene. I'm so disappointed with this stay”
